When should i try some food?

Posted on Thursday 18 March 2010

  • i had a bit to drink last night and this morning i feel ok but a bit sick and im supposed to be going to a restaurant with a massive buffet for dinner today and not sure when or if i should start eating because its my first hangover so im worried lol!

    thank u xxxxxxxxx

  • sip lot's of water all day,and you should be ok by the evening.

  • Eat something. Like a nice cheesy omelette and toast or a bagel to absorb what's in your stomach. Drink water, and try to get a nap in before dinner. You'll recover and can enjoy dinner.

  • fast for a day until your hungry

  • The sooner you eat something, the better.

  • Defiantly eat something before you go to that buffet and if someone tells you not to they are just wanting you to have a miserable time

I usually eat a broth soup and some sort of carb ~ crackers
Also, i drink a bubbly soda
Eat a banana and have some gatorade if you have that in your home

Another thing you could do is eat some sort of pasta

  • what kind of drink, alcohol. i don't drink so i don't know what to say.

  • Try some dry toast & Hot Tea, that will settle your stomach. Poor dear I remember that, & didn't have the Internet to help!, Do what I said & lay back down till 1 hour before yo have to go, take a shower, & you'll get through it alright! & you will actually be hungry when you get there. Hope you enjoy your Day!, even though I know you'd rather spend it in Bed!

  • have a lot of water and eat something- and make sure that something is something small or you wont have space for dinner

  • get some irn bru in you and try something light like toast to settle your stomach

  • Unlucky you; sip water, take two paracetamols and save your apetite..
