Now I have an extremely high-tolerance for pain, but I do not like to experience it. I am 16 and planning on getting a "Wu-Tang" symbol tattoo on my chest. Would that be painful? If so, comparable to what?its painful, but not unbearable. I have one and i plan on getting more as soon as i turn 18. I will deff. do it again!
Its kind of compareable to a needle stick in your finger, just over and over again in the same place and a little deeper.
good luck, i prromise its not as bad as people make it out to be! (: You have to "earn" a tattoo....they aren't a walk in the park, but I don't know many people with only one! However, have to agree with the pain of realizing 10 years from now you have a big Wu-Tang tattoo on your chest. Wait a year and then if you still want it, go for it. That's my personal rule with marking my body, you know?I got a tattoo on my wrist which is supposed to hurt pretty badly.
Ha so not what i was expecting i hate pain and cant stand it but it wasn't know were near as bad as i was expecting.
On your chest is likely to hurt but don't think to much about it i describe it as being scratched by a cat pretty hard over and over. I started to laugh through it which my parents weren't expecting as they know i complain about the littlest scratch.
Good luck Biggest problem with tats... they can be very expensive, sometimes dangerous, usually regrettable (years later) often trashy looking, and will eventually be out of style again. Not that there aren't some good things about tats, just none that would convince me to get one. Report Abuse
It's going to be really painful a few decades from now when you realize what a dumb tattoo it is. And I enjoy Wu-Tang.
And yes, tattoos hurt. The pain depends on what your pain tolerance is and where you get it. Chest is pretty painful from what I understand. It's like a burning feeling dragging across your skin.hey Z.
have you ever gotten pierced? I have had my septum repericed 3 times and my tattoo hurt more than that i'd say.
My shoulder blades didn't really hurt. It was my spine/ lower back area that hurt .
Really it is an 'annoying pain' like someone is dragging an exact o knife across your skin.
ps/. maybe re re think your tattoo idea. i know most places don't want to tattoo under 18. + i have had my tattoo idea since i was 14 and it changed dramatically in the past year which is why i got it done.
remember ink for life =Dyes it hurts. The outline is not as bad as the shading. I attribute the shading pain to someone running a razorblade over your skin in quick succession.the outline feels like someone using a needle and drawing on your skin HARD! It is not unbareable just uncomfortable.I've seen some that were sexy, some that were cool and some that sent a message. But if you want one to boost your self esteem. Not a good reason. Give it time and some serious thought. DO NOT GET ONE ON UR FACE. At least not your first one Get something small to start with if you do decide to get 1 Report Abuse
all tattoos hurt and its really hard to compare the pain to anything. but if u have a high pain tolerance u will be fine. the pain of a tattoo is not unbearable. the tattoo doesn't hurt none stop either. it hurt only when the needle is in you skin. there is alot of time in between while getting the tattoo. the artist has to stop to dip in ink, wipe etcof course it hurts, but its bearable otherwise no one would have them. it feels like a hot scratch, but as soon as the tattooist stops, it doesn't hurt, its sore for a while after, and takes up to 2 weeks to heal, depending on how quick your body heals, but after that, if you're in the sun, make sure you put a lot of suncream on it, it'll fade otherwise... hope this helps.Yes, it hurts. Sort of like getting jabbed a thousand times over and over again by a needle. Most often yes, it is.No not at all.
Tattoos feel like little butterflies dancing on your skin!
....I think you ask a lot of..common sense questions.
Of course they hurt! Its a needle being poked into your skin over and over and over filled with ink, which I'm pretty sure was not intended originally for use permanently in your skin.
And by the way hot shot, you can be as bad as you wanna be, doesn't mean you are impervious to pain.no it's just someone poking you with a needle a couple thousand times really fast.please, wait til ur at least 18 if not 21.....u willlll def regret this one...and i have tattoos, im not one to say ull regret it, but its like getting a name tattoo, u just dont do it! i would at least wait until u grow up a little bit more, as ur taste in music changes throughout your life.
But to answer your question-they don't really hurt, but it all depends on where u get it done. I have two...on on the very top of my back-which did not hurt at all, even on my spine, i fell asleep during this one...the other one i have is two stars on the backs of each arm...which hurt, but its not unbearable by any means...the backs of the arms are extremely sensitive, believe it or not, there are a ton of nerve endings there. Its just an annoying feeling, similar to a sunburn. It all depends on your tolerance to pain too. Like i said, its not unbearable, if it does hurt you just gotta grit your teeth and bear it.Yes, it hurts. Sort of like getting jabbed a thousand times over and over again Very painful. I just got a nice sized one on my lower back near my tail bone area and I literally cried especially when she got near the sides.........man it hurtjust a little bit comparable to a bug bite my loveno not at all i was 14 when i got mine now im getting another in a few weeks time.uhh yeah! its going to hurt!!!#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
