  • Technology Conferences in Northern Ireland in february 2004

  • broad band wireless or cumputer technology

  • I've found a few (not a lot) of conferences taking place in Northern Ireland in February, with a focus on technology. It would be a real help though, to know: --how many conferences are you expecting to be listed? February isn't usually a big meetings month, and the pickings in Northern Ireland seem rather slim, from what I can tell so far... --Can you tell me a bit more about "technology". Is it all kinds of tech you're interested in? So far I've located meetings on: "innovation", broadband, combined heat and power energy delivery systems, green building design, internet legal issues, and "best practices" in factories. Are any of these particularly on or off target? --I've found some information on less-than-conference events...seminars, and luncheons and the like. Are these of interest? --Lastly, would a late January or early March 2004 meeting be of interest, or is it strictly Feburary? Thanks for the feedback. pafalafa-ga

  • no problem get me any you can find, I wil b grateful. Thanks

  • Hello again niixx-ga, and thank you for asking a challenging question. From all appearances, February is probably the slowest month of the year for conferences, particularly in places that don't offer warmth and sunshine as a mid-winter attraction. However, there are a number of events taking place throughout Northern Ireland in February 2004. I have listed below the meetings that are related to technology/computers. I've used a rather expansive definition, in order to bring to your attention any meetings that are linked to these topics, even if somewhat remotely. I hope this list fully meets your needs. But if anything here is unclear -- or if you need additional information -- just let me know by posting a Request for Clarification, and I'll be happy to assist you further. pafalafa-ga ========== http://www.cforc.org/innovationchallenge/index.htm Innovation Challenge Conference 2004 3rd Feb, Ramada Hotel, Belfast "Innovation, creating and commercialising new knowledge, fostering enterprise and improving our infrastructure and our skills base are key to the competitiveness and future success of the Northern Ireland economy." • Hello niixx-ga, Thanks for the additional information. I'm continuing to search, but I doubt that I will find more than a half dozen conferences of the type you are interested in. February is just a very slow month in the conference world, particularly in colder climates. Would a small list like I am suggesting be a satisfactory answer for you? Please let me know. pafalafa-ga
